Delivery times
Tracked 48 — estimated 2–3 working days
Tracked 24 — estimated 1–2 working days
Orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched the next working day.
Order tracking
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
14-day return window
Unused, unopened items can be returned within
14 days of receiving your order.

Unused and unopened in original packaging
No signs of use (used items cannot be refunded)
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and typically take
5–7 working days to appear.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within
7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the item or arrange a refund at no cost to you.
